The Finance

The vouchers are auto generated from the system and the system supports RTGS / NEFT. User defined TDS module with lower TDS deduction against certificates is also supported.
The system can also support consolidation of accounts if all operating units have the same chart of account. Cost center analysis up to six different levels is possible. Voucher approval is electronically done and under strict user rights control.
Monthly Expenditure Statement with Budgets is also provided within the system. |

Inventory

Supports multiple Item masters i.e. the head office can have its own item master and all the operating units can also have their own different item masters.
Indents can be handled at Head office level, regional level as well as operating unit level.
Inter unit transfer of material is possible with proper accounting of the same.
Purchase order with multiple delivery schedules allows Head office to make one PO and get delivery at multiple points. The Purchase order location and billing location, delivery location can all be different. Payments are linked to advances as well as GRN quantity to avoid excess payment to transporter or Party.
Issue Rate is as per the Monthly Rated average with facility for Stock adjustment and reconciling facility. |

- Select any item from the drop down menu and you will be linked to its video.
